Midknight Robin host today with Taqiy Abdullah-Simmons. Abdullah-Simmons is the head coach for the U.S. Pan American men’s gymnastics team. The Pan American Championships will be held in Lima, Peru. It begins Friday September 14th and concludes Sunday September 16th. Top eight teams qualify to the 2019 Pan American Games that will have forty-one nations participating through thirty-nine sports. Abdullah-Simmons talks about the keys to the U.S. team performing well at the competition.
