Tied for fourth with a 15.600 on rings at the NCAA event finals (April 11), earning All-America honors …competed in the all-around and tied for fourth on rings with a season-best 15.600 at the NCAA team final (April 10) … earned a third-place finish on rings, tied for fourth on parallel bars and finished second in the all-around with a personal-best score of 86.850 at the NCAA qualifier (April 9) … placed fourth on high bar and fifth on parallel bars at the Big Ten event finals (March 28) … finished fourth in his first collegiate all-around competition at the Big Ten team finals (March 27) with a score of 86.300; earned a fourth-place finish on high bar with a 15.000 and a sixth-place standing on parallel bars … competed on rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar against Oklahoma (March 14), leading the team on rings … earned Big Ten Gymnast of the Week honors after first-place finishes on high bar (PB of 15.450) and rings (15.400) at the Arnold Challenge (March 7), along with runner-up performances on vault (PB of 15.200) and parallel bars (PB of 15.150) … won rings (15.550) and finished third on parallel bars against Michigan (Feb. 28); also featured on pommel and high bar … led Ohio State with a 32nd-place all-around performance at Winter Cup (Feb. 19) … finished second on rings (15.500) and third on parallel bars (PB of 15.150) against Penn State (Feb. 6) … led the Buckeyes on rings against Oklahoma and Iowa (Feb. 1), competing in three addition events … posted a second-place finish on rings with a score of 15.400, competed on vault, tied for fifth on parallel bars and tied for second on high bar with a score of 15.250 against Illinois (Jan. 24)…competed on rings, parallel bar and earned a third place finish on high bar with a score of 15.000 at the Windy City Invitational (Jan. 17)…represented Ohio State in the all-around at the P&G championships … placed 14th in the all-around (81.700) at the 2014 U.S. National Qualifier … First Team All-Big Ten selection and winner of the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award … honored by the coaching staff with the Team MVP and Team Gymnast of the Year awards at the team banquet.
