Williams was named the head coach at Oklahoma in 2000 and has positioned the program as a national contender every year with an overall mark of 459-36 (.927) in 18 seasons at the helm.

With three NCAA Championships already in the books, the University of Oklahoma men’s gymnastics program was no stranger to success prior to Williams’ arrival. However, Williams has established OU as the nation’s elite program with eight national titles in the past 16 years, claiming crowns in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2015, 2016 and most recently in 2017.
